Ability to automatically upgrade ZBots as needed when Zephyr version is upgraded

Currently, ZBots must be upgraded manually when a new version of Zephyr requires it. This can be time consuming and tedious. As an Admin, I'd like ZBots to be automatically upgraded as needed.
