Ability to customize email templates

As an admin, I'd like to customize the templates used for Zephyr emails so that I can adapt them so they look like they are officially coming from my company. I'd like to be able to edit both subject and body.

Re-test notifications when a defect is fixed

As a tester, I need to know when a defect I filed is fixed so that I can re-execute the related test case(s) and confirm that the test cases are passing now.

Additional test case details for email notification when test case is assigned

As a user receiving an email notification that a test case has been assigned to me, I'd like to see more details directly in the email such as the title/name of the test case, a link to open the test case, etc.

As a user designing Test Cases, I need to know if the Requirements I based myself on to create the Test Cases have changed so that I can review the test cases and make sure they still match the requirements.
